Pre-Registration Fee has been lowered from 12.00 to 10.00 (merchants and non-merchants)
Merchant Applications opens October 10, 2008
Merchant Applications close on November 7, 2008
Merchant Notifications begin on Novermber 17, 2008
Merchant Payments Due: December 16, 2008
Merchant withdraw w/ full reimbursement due: December 31, 2008.

Non-Merchant Pre-Registration Due Friday January 6, 2009.
